Project Logline:
Three former Teletech employees will discuss their experiences working for the company
Synopsis:
This project will consist of interviews with three former employees of Teletech's Kalispell call center.
The call center is a subcontractor for Bank America and it handles its customer service for several Western states.
The interviewees will discuss their experiences working at the company and how it degrades and abuses its employees.
